At Dapper, we believe in B2B marketing needs a revolution. Our mission to make B2B marketing less boring, more creative, and more impactful.

This Job Is For You If You:

• Have a growth mindset. You give and receive feedback, seek continuous improvement, and embrace new approaches.

• Are extremely performance-driven with a bias toward results—we're building the #1 B2B marketing agency in the space, and we need someone who thrives on hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by Dapper's marketing. We receive numerous qualified requests every week that need to be guided toward conversion through consultative selling.

• Proactively reach out to companies that match our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), expanding our presence across the Netherlands, promising markets in Western Europe, and potentially the United States.

• Build initial strategies and proposals for potential clients to sell collaborations.

• linkCollaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our sales approach.

• BONUS: If you're interested in building a personal brand as a thought leader in B2B marketing, we'd love to hear about it. Check out Steven's LinkedIn profile to see the kind of personal branding we encourage and support. We dedicate time and resources to building a personal brand.
