Partnerships Strategy & Enablement

About HappyRobot

HappyRobot is the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces. Our AI workers don't just communicate through voice and email - they make decisions, take action, and run operations autonomously across entire enterprise systems. Born in Y Combinator (S23) and backed by a16z, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo with over $200M raised, we power critical operations for global enterprises worldwide.

Our platform is battle-tested in the most demanding environments, where AI has real consequences. We started in logistics, built our own voice stack, models, and orchestration layer from the ground up, and are now bringing that infrastructure to every enterprise that runs the real economy. About The Role

At HappyRobot, our partners are a core growth engine — but only if we're rigorous about which opportunities we chase and disciplined about setting partners up to win.

We're looking for a Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead to build the system that turns raw partner-sourced opportunities into a prioritized, well-scoped pipeline, and to build the enablement that lets partners qualify, sell, and deploy on their own.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of strategy, commercial structuring, and partner operations. You'll be the person who decides what's worth pursuing, builds the case for it, and makes sure it actually gets delivered.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, or a commercial/GTM role where you owned the analysis and the decision — not just execution

• Strong analytical and structuring skills — you can size a market or a deal, build a simple model (TCO, ROI, unit economics), and turn messy inputs into a clear go/no-go recommendation fast

• Strategic judgment — you quickly see where the real value in a deal is, and you're comfortable saying no to the ones that aren't worth the effort

• Excellent communicator, internally and externally — you can align leadership, sales, deployments, and partners around the same priorities, in writing and live

• Highly structured and organized — you bring process and a system to ambiguous, fast-moving partner pipelines

• Comfortable owning cross-functional execution — coordinating across sales, deployments, and external partners to get prioritized deals shipped

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

What You'll Do

• Build and own a repeatable system to evaluate the opportunities partners bring in — sizing demand, scoping fit, and producing clear go/no-go recommendations so we invest where it matters most

• Lead opportunity assessment end-to-end: quantify deal value (volume, TCO/ROI, FTE displacement), map commercial and technical feasibility, and rank opportunities against our strategic priorities

• Partner with leadership to decide which deals and accounts to prioritize and accelerate, and turn that into a clear, shared pipeline view that partners and internal teams can act on

• Create the commercial and technical enablement that lets partners qualify, sell, and deploy on their own — pricing guidance, playbooks, demo assets, qualification criteria, and onboarding

• Design the right structure for each partnership — roles, commercial terms, hand-offs, SLAs — and operationalize it across the different branches and teams involved

• Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Deployments to prioritize accounts, sequence delivery, and make sure the deals we bet on actually move from signed to live

• Own a single source of truth for partner pipeline and opportunity status, and run a regular cadence with partners and internal stakeholders to keep priorities aligned

Nice to Have

• Experience in management consulting or strategy, or at a high-growth B2B / enterprise SaaS or AI company

• Background building or running a partner / channel program — partner enablement, co-selling, revenue share, certification

• Familiarity with LATAM enterprise markets (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil) and the local partner ecosystem

• Comfort with light technical scoping — enough understanding of how the product is deployed and integrated (APIs, integrations) to assess feasibility with partners

• Hands-on with CRM and pipeline tooling (Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic modeling in spreadsheets

• Prior exposure to logistics, telecom, financial services, or other enterprise verticals

Why join us?

• Join a world-class team of engineers and builders.

• Backed by top investors including a16z, Y Combinator, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo.

• Have ownership and autonomy of projects and are encouraged to ship.

• Comprehensive Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision coverage.

• Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup.

Our Operating Principles

Extreme Ownership

We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success. No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it’s not “your job.” If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don’t wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us.

Craftsmanship

Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for “just fine.” We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it’s a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody’s watching.

_**We are “majos”
**_Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. “Majo” is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We’re building something ambitious, and it’s easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego.

_**Urgency with Focus
**_Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We’re running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy.

_**Talent Density and Meritocracy
**_Hire only people who can raise the average; ‘exceptional performance is the passing grade.’ Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that’s how we win.

_**First-Principles Thinking
**_Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don’t copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. It’s how we build what others think is impossible.
