At Human Intelligence, we're building something bigger than software.
We're building a future where artificial intelligence helps people better understand themselves, better understand each other, and ultimately create a happier, healthier, and more connected world.
We believe AI should never replace human connection—it should strengthen it.
By combining artificial intelligence with decades of research across human behavior, health, psychology, communication, education, business, and technology, we're developing products, platforms, and experiences that help individuals, professionals, organizations, and communities unlock greater levels of human potential.
We're an AI-first company, but we're human at our core.
Every workflow, system, campaign, and product is designed with one purpose in mind:
Helping people live healthier lives, build stronger relationships, make better decisions, and create a better future—for themselves and those around them.
As we continue our global growth, we're looking for exceptional people who are excited to help build one of the world's leading AI-first organizations.
If you're ambitious, curious, self-driven, and energized by meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Someone who loves building relationships.
Someone who enjoys understanding people's challenges and connecting them with solutions that can meaningfully improve their lives and businesses.
This is a true end-to-end business development opportunity.
Rather than relying on company-generated leads, you'll initially be responsible for creating your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, relationship building, and proactive prospecting.
If you're someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, building trust, and creating opportunities from scratch, you'll thrive in this role.
You'll represent a growing portfolio of AI-powered products and professional services spanning healthcare, education, business, leadership, human performance, relationships, wellbeing, and digital transformation.
As Human Intelligence continues to grow globally, so too will the range of innovative solutions you'll have the opportunity to introduce to individuals and organizations around the world.
If you're looking for a career where your work has genuine purpose—not just another quota—we think you'll find this opportunity incredibly rewarding.
Coaching & Support
While this role offers significant autonomy, you won't be doing it alone.
You'll work closely with an experienced Sales Manager who will provide ongoing coaching, sales strategy, pipeline reviews, and performance support.
You'll participate in weekly sales meetings focused on continuous improvement, sharing ideas, refining sales strategies, and helping you maximize your success.
Early Success Expectations
This role is designed for self-driven sales professionals.
During your first few months, you should expect to build your own sales pipeline rather than rely on company-generated leads.
Success comes from proactively creating opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, relationship building, and consistently growing your own book of business.
If you're looking for a role where qualified leads are handed to you each day, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you enjoy creating opportunities and taking ownership of your own success, you'll find significant earning potential here.
Why This Role Matters
Technology is changing the world.
Artificial intelligence is changing how people work, communicate, learn, receive healthcare, build businesses, and understand themselves.
Human Intelligence exists to ensure those changes improve humanity.
As one of our End-to-End Sales Officers, you'll play an important role in helping individuals and organizations discover solutions that genuinely improve outcomes.
Every conversation you have has the potential to help someone become healthier, happier, more productive, more connected, or more successful.
Sales at Human Intelligence isn't about pressure.
It's about education.
It's about relationships.
It's about trust.
It's about helping people make informed decisions that create long-term value.
About the Role

You'll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships through to closing new business and supporting long-term customer success.
You'll work across multiple AI-powered products and services while collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, operations, product, and leadership teams.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for opportunities—they create them.
