Corporate Data Management Associate

Who we’re looking for
In this strategically important role, reporting to the Corporate Change team within the Group Operating Platform, you will support the delivery of data initiatives that underpin Schroders' strategic transformation agenda.

You will be responsible for the interpretation, integration, quality, remediation and governance of data across core systems and enterprise datasets, including financial, client, employee and operational data. Working across multiple strategic projects, you will help establish and maintain trusted data foundations that support accurate reporting, business insight and informed decision-making.

Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of a centralised and reliable data model, helping to improve data quality, resolve data challenges and enable the successful delivery of key business outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring experience of working with complex data sets, a sound understanding of data management principles and the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group. You will be organised, analytical and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced change environment.

The team
This role is part of the Corporate change team, collaborating across a virtual network with the Schroders Data Office (SDO), Technology, Corporate Functions and other business domain leads.

What you'll do

Collaboration & Programme Delivery

• Support large-scale change initiatives, translating business requirements into effective and actionable data solutions.
• Work across multiple, concurrent initiatives with confidence, ensuring high standards of delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Corporate data management, providing guidance and support to project teams and business stakeholders.
