Sales Development Representative

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for new graduates who are excited to break into tech sales and grow quickly. In this role, you’ll learn how to prospect, qualify leads, and build pipeline while working alongside a supportive, experienced sales team. You’ll connect with real estate agents and brokerages through calls, email, and social outreach, gaining hands-on experience from day one. It’s a fast-paced environment where you’ll build resilience, confidence, and communication skills over time.

Here’s what makes this different from most SDR roles: we promote from within, and we do it fast. This position is designed as a direct path into a full-cycle Account Executive role. Strong performers move up quickly, and our AE team is full of people who started in this exact seat.

You’ll sit in our Austin office five days a week alongside your sales managers, who are hands-on coaches, not distant observers. You’ll get real-time feedback on calls, deal strategy sessions, and the kind of development that actually accelerates a sales career.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives

• Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country

• Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets

• Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle

• Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, internships, or leadership positions (campus orgs, athletics, etc.)

•  Strong interest in starting a career in tech sales and a willingness to learn quickly

•  BA/BS preferred

• A genuine interest in or excitement about working in real estate is a big plus, but not required

Attributes

• You’re resilient and comfortable hearing “no,” seeing it as part of the process rather than a setback.

• You take initiative, stay organized, and consistently look for ways to improve without being asked.

• You’re driven by goals, personal growth, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team.

• You actively seek feedback and apply it quickly to improve every day.

• You’re confident speaking with new people and can clearly get your point across, even as you continue to develop your style.

Why This Role

• Direct path to AE. This is a gateway role. We prioritize promoting SDRs into full-cycle Account Executive positions over hiring externally.

• Uncapped commission. Aggressive, uncapped earning potential. You can earn six figures as an SDR here, and top performers do.

• In-office coaching. Sales managers are in the office five days a week running call reviews, shadowing sessions, and 1:1 development. This is real mentorship, not a Slack message once a quarter.

• High-growth company. Series C, approaching $100M ARR, backed by world-class investors. The opportunity scales with the business.

• Elite teammates. You’ll work with driven, low-ego people who push each other to get better every day.

Location: Austin, TX. (must be located in the Austin, TX area)

Benefits: Competitive Equity/Stock Options, Flex PTO, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance, 401k
Work Type: In-office

Base Salary Starting at $50,000 - $60,000
On-target earnings up to ~$100,000
Uncapped Commission Structure

Promotion is based on performance, not tenure. Top performing SDRs can be promoted to AE 1 in the first 6 months.

• AE 1 OTE: ~$150,000 uncapped

• AE 2 OTE: ~$240,000 uncapped

• AE 3 OTE: ~$270,000 uncapped
