- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMO, engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of production plans.
- Lead, mentor, and create a "One Team" mindset for the entire value stream team of supervisors, production workers, and cross-functional teams by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Manage inventory levels and production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize lead times.
- Work with the Value Stream Leader to develop strategies and prioritize, communicate, and manage operational priorities and initiatives for the year.
- Support the implementation of new systems, procedures, and work instructions, as well as special projects supporting manufacturing and customer service objectives.
