Our client, a growing civil‑engineering and surveying team in the Indianapolis area is seeking an experienced Surveyor to support boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking projects across central Indiana. This role is hands‑on, field‑focused, and ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

The Surveyor works closely with project managers, CAD staff, and field crews to deliver precise field data and high‑quality survey products from mobilization through final deliverables.

This is not a large production environment — it’s a lean, high‑accountability team where your judgment and field expertise directly influence project outcomes. The work is varied, your contributions are visible, and strong performance is rewarded through a project‑based incentive structure. For a licensed or license‑track surveyor who wants ownership, autonomy, and a direct line to leadership, this role offers a meaningful next step.
