We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Head of People to shape the next chapter of our people strategy, employee experience, and global People operations. This hybrid role is based in Vancouver, BC, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. As a highly influential leader, you will partner closely with executive and senior leaders to connect our global business priorities with the leadership, capabilities, culture, and organizational structure needed for sustainable growth. You will lead the delivery of People programs and operations across our global organization, ensuring a consistent and exceptional employee experience while supporting the unique needs of teams in Vancouver, Santiago, Peru, and other locations worldwide. You will have the opportunity to set direction, strengthen how we lead and work together, build scalable and practical people practices, and drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities

As Head of People, you will have the opportunity to:

Shape People Strategy & Influence the Business

• Own and evolve the enterprise People strategy roadmap, and operating priorities in alignment with the company’s business strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders on global workforce initiatives, leadership, culture, and employee matters.
• Lead strategic workforce and organization planning globally, including capability needs, succession risks, organization design, and translate enterprise priorities into clear People goals and accountabilities.
• Provide the people lens on major business decisions by identifying organizational opportunities and risks.
• Build alignment across leaders and functions, resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and advocate for the resources required to deliver the people agenda.
