Facility Engineer

Position Summary/Tóm lược về vị trí

Support the stable, safe and efficient operation of factory facilities, utility systems and auxiliary equipment, including electrical, water, compressed air, HVAC, buildings and related infrastructure. Participate in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, facility improvement and renovation projects, contractor coordination and technical documentation. The role is suitable for engineers with a strong foundation in one or more technical areas; full expertise across all facility systems is not required at entry.

1. Support operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of factory facility and utility systems, including electrical, water, compressed air, HVAC, building MEP and related equipment.

2. Prepare, update and follow preventive maintenance plans; check maintenance records, checklists and reports; identify abnormalities and propose corrective actions.

3. Participate in installation, relocation, renovation and improvement projects for factory facilities and utilities, including site survey, technical review, contractor coordination, testing and handover.
