Help shape a stronger cybersecurity culture at DHL Group
Cybersecurity is more important than ever. As our business becomes increasingly digital and connected, protecting our people, data and systems is a shared responsibility across the entire organization.
That’s where you come in.
As part of the Group Cyber Chief Information Security Officer (Group CISO) organization, the Awareness, Skills & Communication team helps make cybersecurity an integral part of everyday life at DHL Group. Our mission is to empower colleagues across the Group with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make secure decisions and contribute to a strong cybersecurity culture.
We bring cybersecurity to life through engaging training, practical tools, interactive learning experiences, games and targeted communication. We also collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity messages reach the right people in the right way.
But awareness is only part of the story. We also help build and continuously develop the skills and capabilities needed across the cybersecurity organization – preparing our people to tackle today’s challenges and stay ahead of tomorrow’s.
Your role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how cybersecurity is understood, experienced and practiced across DHL Group.
You will
- Shape and strengthen our cybersecurity culture by developing and implementing Group-wide awareness initiatives, communities and engagement activities.
- Empower our frontline teams by creating and rolling out practical, engaging enablement and learning materials
- Build cybersecurity capabilities by supporting the development of knowledge, skills and competencies across the cybersecurity organization.
- Design and coordinate training programs covering a wide range of cybersecurity domains and helping colleagues grow their expertise.
- Bring cybersecurity to life through communication, developing clear and engaging messages for different audiences across the Group.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective cybersecurity communication.
