Why this role matters:

As a Production Technician, Harness, you build the electrical backbone of ICEYE's satellites. Every subsystem on the spacecraft, from power to command and data handling, depends on harnesses being manufactured, routed, and verified correctly. You will execute assigned harness manufacturing, installation, and verification tasks with high precision, following established procedures and work instructions. Working under the guidance of Senior Technicians and Production Line Owners, you are responsible for the quality of your individual work and for making sure every harness leaving Valencia is ready to fly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Manufacture satellite wiring harnesses and cable assemblies from wire tables and drawings, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, shielding, lacing, and protective coverings

• Install, route, and secure harnesses onto satellite assemblies alongside the integration team, respecting bend radii, strain relief, and routing standards

• Verify your work through continuity, insulation resistance, pin retention, and visual inspection against defined acceptance criteria
