Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor M&E installations (power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC/ACMV, fire suppression systems) and civil works for adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Identify and report non-conformance issues (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions.
- Ensure material and equipment compliance through proper documentation, inspections, and testing.
- Support testing and commissioning teams & prepare QA/QC reports, progress documentation, and final handover packages
