Oversee and manage production processes in the semiconductor manufacturing area.
Supervise and train a team of production operators on standard operating procedures and safety practices
Ensure effective and efficient operations during shift hours to meet production targets.
Monitor production performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production-related issues.
