BAE Systems is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join the Program Finance team in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) product line. This is a Hybrid role in an exciting and growing Advanced Optical Systems portfolio. This portfolio is actively transitioning technologies from Fast Labs into programs of record. This is for the Finance lead for the Pandora program – an EMD program that will be completing its baseline by December of this year, with a customer IBR in 2027. The candidate for this role will be the trusted business partner to program stakeholders, providing analysis and management of financial requirements to support program execution and decision-making focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:

Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews and offering solutions to problems

Utilizing strong communication skills to interface with Program Management Organization (PMO) team and others, including; project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and customers in support of PMO activities

Creating, maintaining, and monitoring program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management

Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion

Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items
-
Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
