SMB Account Manager

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?    At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.   Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.   With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, hybrid sales and account management role that combines the commercial ownership of a Client Partner with the day-to-day account stewardship of a Client Success Manager. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you'll help grow Aleph's advertising business by building a focused, well-prioritized book of high-potential accounts.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding account growth targets.
• Own the full client lifecycle solo — from sales conversations and onboarding through ongoing success management.
• Take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach with every client.
• Lead ideation sessions and translate client goals into actionable campaign solutions; run webinars on platform updates and address common client pain points across your markets.
• Execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards, resolving issues and flagging process improvements along the way.
• Cultivate client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive contract completion and renewals across a high volume of accounts.

What you need for this role

• BA/BS degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying commercial role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A solid quantitative background.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for solving problems independently.
• Agile, organized, and methodical work style, effectively balancing priorities across a large account portfolio.

What will make us really love you

• You bring genuine sales energy and enthusiasm for growing accounts.
• You have an eye for detail
• You're passionate about advertising and ad-tech, and stay current on industry trends.
• You have real tech curiosity — when a new tool shows up, you adopt it, test it, and work it into your routine.
• You think analytically, reading data and pipeline signals to guide your decisions rather than relying on gut feel.
• You leverage AI for research, briefs, and next steps, then apply your own judgment to personalize and build the relationship. Why Join Us?   Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.     We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change.
