Sales Manager

Our client designs and manufactures custom lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs for UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and industrial systems. Their solutions are built for demanding real-world applications where power, weight, endurance, safety, and seamless integration are mission-critical.

The company works closely with customers throughout the entire product journey — from understanding technical requirements and prototyping to custom battery development, testing, integration, and ongoing production. This close collaboration allows them to become a long-term technical partner rather than simply a component supplier.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the development of the Ukrainian market for custom battery solutions, with a particular focus on UAV manufacturers.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important market and build a strong customer base around a highly technical product. You will have the autonomy to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle — while having the support of the company's headquarters, established processes, and technical expertise behind you.

You will work closely with UAV manufacturers to understand their requirements, connect them with the right technical solutions, and build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and further growth.

The role offers a clear path for professional development. As the Ukrainian market grows, there is room to expand your scope, take on greater responsibility, and progress within the sales organization. At the same time, your contribution will be highly visible: you will have a clear ownership of the market and the opportunity to build a track record directly associated with its growth and success.

What makes this opportunity interesting:

• Autonomy with strong support: you will have freedom in how you approach the market, backed by the company's HQ, technical team, and established processes.

• A technical product with real value: work with custom battery solutions that directly impact the performance, endurance, weight, and reliability of UAV platforms.

• Full sales-cycle ownership: from identifying and engaging manufacturers to negotiations, closing, and developing long-term accounts.

• Clear growth path: as the business and market develop, so can your responsibilities and career within the company.

• Visible impact: your success will be directly connected to the development of the market you own.

• Long-term customer relationships: build partnerships with manufacturers rather than focusing on transactional sales.

This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys building a market, working with technical products, and having a tangible impact on business growth — without being left to figure everything out alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs, technical requirements, and product integration specifics.

• Present and sell custom-made battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers.

• Build and maintain strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and technical discussions with potential and existing clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales.

• Work closely with clients to prepare tailored solutions based on their technical and commercial requirements.

• Participate in the development of the company’s partner network in Ukraine.

• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and negotiations.

• Handle client issues in a professional and tactful manner, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience working with UAV manufacturers or companies involved in UAV production, integration, or related technical fields is preferred.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales, client relationship management, and technical coordination.

• Ability to understand technical products and clearly communicate their value to clients.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good working knowledge of English.

• Willingness to travel across Ukraine for client meetings, exhibitions, and negotiations.

• Proactive mindset, independence, ownership, and a strong focus on results.

• Previous experience in B2B Sales of UAV components, batteries, electronics, or other technical products will be considered an advantage.

What we offer:

• High level of autonomy and direct influence over sales results

• Competitive compensation: fixed salary + performance-based commission

• The opportunity to work with a high-demand technical product in a rapidly growing industry
