Business Development Manager

RNRS is a recruiting company focused on scale-ups and technology businesses in active growth. Our clients are not looking for “more CVs.” They are hiring key people who change trajectory - senior engineers, product leaders, fintech operators, R&D builders.

We work across the EU, North America, LATAM, MENA, and Ukraine.

Our clients include venture-backed startups, tech companies&scaleups in expansion mode, US companies opening European R&D centers, Fintech and miltech/dual-use companies.

Our strength is deep headhunting and structured evaluation powered by proprietary tech (LLM, RAG-based systems).

Now we are building the commercial engine.
