Recruiting Intern

Jeeves is the stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises. Thousands of companies across 35 countries run their corporate cards, payments, treasury and spend on one platform, with more than $5B in annualized volume, payouts to 190 countries, and one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks in the world. BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, Kavak and XP are among them, and more than 80% of customers use multiple Jeeves products.

We chose hard problems on purpose.

We hire for one thing: relentlessness. A strong motor that keeps going when the problem has no playbook. You'll know in your first week if Jeeves is right for you. For the right people, it's the steepest learning curve of your career.

Jeeves has raised more than $400 million in equity funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, CRV, Coinbase Ventures, GIC, AllianceBernstein, CoinFund and others.

If you want to rebuild how money moves across borders, come build it with us.

Jeeves is hiring across many countries at once, which means every week there's a new role to fill, a new market to figure out, and a new "wait, how do we find that person?" problem to solve. We need someone to jump into the middle of it with us.

You'll learn how great companies actually get built — one hire at a time. You'll talk to people who are excellent at things you've never heard of. You'll find candidates nobody else found, because you looked somewhere nobody else thought to look. And you'll do it with a small team that will teach you the craft, answer your questions, and expect you to teach us as well — especially about the tools and workflows you already use better than we do.

No recruiting experience required. Curiosity, hustle, and a genuine interest in people — very much required.

What you'll actually do:

• Play detective. Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and the weird corners of the internet where great people hang out. Boolean searches will become your love language.

• Build the pipeline. Review inbound applications, keep our ATS (Lever) impeccably clean, and make sure no strong candidate ever falls through a crack.

• Talk to humans. Reach out to candidates, answer their questions, and be the friendly first face of Jeeves. You'll write outreach that people actually reply to.

• Make the machine run. Schedule interviews across time zones, chase feedback, and keep processes moving so hiring managers never have to wonder what's next.

• Own the candidate experience. Every candidate — hired or not — should walk away thinking "that was the best interview process I've been through." You'll help make that true.

• Find the numbers. Track how our funnels are performing and flag what's working and what isn't. We like opinions backed by data.

• Make us look good. Help sharpen job posts, support employer branding, and pitch in on People Team projects that need a fresh set of hands.

What we're looking for:

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch — all welcome. We care about potential, not your résumé's line count.

• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office..

• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both is a bonus, not a requirement — we're hiring for the market you know best).

• Fluent with AI tools — you already use them to draft, research, summarize, and cover more ground than a person reasonably should. We build recruiting workflows on top of AI here, so we want someone who reaches for it instinctively and knows when the output needs a human to fix it.

• Genuinely tech-savvy. You figure out new tools by clicking around, not by waiting for a manual.

• A strong writer. Recruiting is 80% messages, and yours should sound like a person wrote them.

• Organized! Spreadsheets, trackers, whatever system works — just have one.

• Comfortable with ambiguity. Startup priorities change; you'll need to change with them without losing the thread.

• Curious about fintech and how companies scale. You don't need to be an expert — you need to want to learn.

Nice to have:

• Any exposure to an ATS, CRM, or sourcing tool

• Experience in a student org, university career center, or club where you recruited people

• You've built something — a newsletter, a community, a side project — that required convincing strangers to care
