Head Of Sales

Join the AI revolution. We’re building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere.
We're building the all-in-one AI platform for business that actually works. We have a working sales motion, a team of 10 people, and a growing customer base. Now we need someone to own it - elevate the team, sharpen the process, and expand into new markets.   So if you've led and scaled a sales team in an AI or SaaS company and know how to take a working motion to the next level, let's talk.   Please note that we will contact and invite only selected candidates for further discussion.

What You're Here to Do

• Take full ownership of the new sales team and make them better.
• Refine and scale the existing sales motion.
• Own revenue targets. Forecast with precision and maintain disciplined pipeline visibility across the team.
• Develop sellers individually - coaching, accountability, career paths.
• Bring your existing relationships in the market to accelerate expansion into new geographies and verticals.
• Represent the voice of the customer - feed market signal, deal patterns, and buyer feedback into GTM strategy and product roadmap.
• Work directly with the COO on revenue strategy and GTM direction.
• Own hiring as we scale the team beyond 10.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years leading a team at a SaaS or AI company.
• You've inherited and improved a sales motion before - not just built one from zero.
• Strong people leader: you develop sellers, not just manage them.
• AI-native: you understand the space, use AI in your workflow, and can speak to both technical and business buyers.
• You bring a community - existing relationships in target markets that help us scale faster.
• Data-driven: you run your team on numbers, not gut feel.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.

What This Is Not

• A role for someone who needs to build everything from scratch before they can lead.
• A fit for someone who manages up but doesn't develop their team.
• A strategic-only role - you're close to deals, close to the team, and hands-on where you are needed.

What You Get

• A team that's already selling - your job is to make them better.
• Full ownership of sales strategy and team development.
• A product that's genuinely differentiated in a fast-moving market. What We Offer
  • Professional growth. Internal and external events, online training, conferences, books - everything you need to reach full potential. • Team spirit. Team buildings and parties with games, shows, tastings, food coupons, gifts, and it’s on us. • Additional paid leave. Additional days are covered by us in cases of illness or special occasions. • Flexibility. Flexible working time arrangement.
