Welder

About Machina Labs:

Engineering moves at software speed. Manufacturing doesn't. Yet.

Machina Labs is changing that. We build intelligent, software-defined factories that produce complex metal structures directly from digital design. By integrating advanced metal forming, robotics, and automated production inside a flexible factory architecture, we enable customers to move from prototype to production in weeks, not years.

Backed by Lockheed Martin, Toyota, and NVIDIA, we're building the manufacturing infrastructure that defense, aerospace, and advanced mobility programs will run on.

If you want to work on hard problems that matter and see them fly, drive, and defend, this is the place.

• Prepare, fit, tack, align, and assemble components prior to welding.
• Produce consistent, high-quality welds while maintaining dimensional and workmanship requirements.
• Perform welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses based on production requirements.
• Inspect completed work and identify weld defects, dimensional issues, or other nonconforming conditions.
• Perform approved weld repairs and rework when necessary.
• Use precision measuring equipment and inspection tools to verify completed work.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and material traceability documentation.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to troubleshoot welding and production challenges.
• Provide feedback on fit-up, tooling, weld processes, and manufacturability based on hands-on experience.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of welding and fabrication processes.
• Assist with welding equipment setup, adjustment, cleaning, and operator-level preventive maintenance.
