About Flow
Flow's mission is oneness. We believe the spaces people live in shape who they become. Flow exists to create physical living spaces that help people become more connected to themselves, to their neighbors, and to the natural world. Everything we do, from a building's design to a weekly community dinner, is guided by that mission.
The ambition is deliberately enormous: to change how the world lives and to build one of the world's largest companies by doing it. Our business thesis is simple: Brand plus experience creates real estate value.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Miami, Flow operates across two continents. We have established properties and operations in the US and Saudi Arabia, and recently announced our launch in the UAE with the intention of opening our first property in the market by Q1’2027. Our targets are 100 buildings globally by the end of 2030 and 30,000 units across MENA by 2030.
