GTX Solutions, a CourtAvenue Company, is a boutique consulting firm focused on helping brands unlock the power of their customer data. We specialize in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), real-time activation, personalization, and MarTech integrations. Our team blends strategic insight with technical expertise to drive measurable business outcomes for high-growth companies and global enterprises alike.
GTX Solutions leads data activation and delivery for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data 360, spanning email, SMS and direct mail. The MarTech Solutions Engineer is a hands-on implementation role across GTX client engagements. This role configures and integrates customer data platforms, marketing automation and activation tools, builds and validates data flows, and turns solution designs into working, documented implementations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement customer data platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Tealium, Segment or Adobe Experience Platform, including data streams, attributes, identity, segments and activations.
- Build and maintain integrations with engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Emarsys, as well as ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Develop and validate data flows, including event collection, ingestion, attribute enrichment, audience triggers and activation.
- Design and document data layer specifications and tagging plans for web and app.
- Implement and maintain tags, JavaScript extensions, load rules and data layer mappings in Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager and similar tag management systems.
- Implement server-side and event-stream data collection, including Tealium EventStream, server-side Google Tag Manager and conversion APIs.
- QA and validate tagging and data collection using browser developer tools, tag debuggers and network inspection.
- Build and test API integrations between data collection, CDP and activation platforms.
- Translate solution designs into implementation plans, tickets and configuration specifications.
- Test and QA configurations, data flows and audiences, and troubleshoot issues across the marketing technology stack.
- Document platform configurations, data mappings and implementation decisions.
- Build reusable patterns, scripts and accelerators that can be applied across clients.
- Collaborate with architects, strategists and client technical teams to align implementations with business goals.
