Sales Development Representative

You don't need to be perfect, and you don't need years of experience.

We care more about your attitude, emotional intelligence, resilience, and willingness to learn than having the perfect CV.

We're not looking for someone who can read a script. We're looking for someone who can build trust, create genuine conversations, and deliver results.

We're a specialist sales agency helping businesses grow through high-quality conversations with decision-makers. If you've ever felt capable of more than simply following a script, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for our clients.
• Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Learn, adapt, and improve through ongoing coaching.
• Take ownership of your performance and development.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, appointment setting or a customer-facing role.
• Can quickly learn new industries, products, and services.
• Has strong emotional intelligence and can adapt their communication style.
• Is curious, resilient and genuinely enjoys learning.
• Welcomes feedback and actively applies it.
• Takes initiative and looks for smarter ways to work.
• Is motivated by targets, personal growth, and earning potential.
