You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
THE WORK:
- You’ll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout.
- You’ll define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.
- You’ll identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives.
- You’ll track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
- You’ll identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies.
- You’ll perform “what-if” analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions.
- You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectively.
- You’ll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- You’ll optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- You’ll document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvement.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
