You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
THE WORK:
- You'll support the delivery of MEP systems across data center projects from design through commissioning.

- You'll review MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for project compliance.
- You'll coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- You'll monitor MEP installations, progress, schedules, risks, and quality requirements.
- You'll support critical systems, including switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, BMS, SCADA, and EPMS.
- You'll participate in site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
- You'll maintain QA/QC, commissioning, and technical documentation, including issue logs and punch lists.
- You'll support technical changes, project closeout, as-built documentation, and turnover packages.
- You'll ensure MEP systems meet applicable codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
