You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
THE WORK:
- You’ll plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects and/or project packages from start to finish.
- You'll prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables, often in conjunction with other specialists.
- You'll interpret and explain contracts, requirements and technical information to other professionals.
- You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, designers and other construction specialists.
- You'll monitor projects and report progress and budget matters.
- You'll respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project.
- You'll ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such building and safety codes.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Master's degree preferred
- Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
