You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
THE WORK:

- You'll administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- You'll manage contract communications, payment applications, change requests, payment certifications, correspondence, and commercial meetings with contractors and suppliers.
- You'll maintain contract records, document control systems, and project-specific procedures governing payments, approvals, variations, and contract administration activities.
- You'll monitor contractor and vendor performance across cost, schedule, risk, quality, ESG, and compliance metrics, supporting audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- You'll collaborate with finance, procurement, project controls, consultants, and project teams to validate payments, insurance requirements, bonds, warranties, and contractual compliance.
- You'll manage contract change processes by maintaining change registers, evaluating variations, assessing time and cost impacts, and coordinating approvals through governance procedures.
- You'll support dispute avoidance and resolution efforts while fostering strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
