Electrical Inspector

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.   Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

• You’ll inspect and record Contractor’s construction activities at the project site to ensure conformance to the contract documents specific to the electrical scope.
• You’ll inspect and record Contractor’s material deliveries and field installations.
• You’ll perform materials testing duties as specified in the contract.
• You’ll review the contractor's schedule.
• You’ll take measurements and maintain records of quantities and materials installed.
• You’ll prepare “As-Built” drawings.
• You’ll respond to inquiries regarding electrical inspection as related to the project.
• You’ll exercise sound judgment in identifying potential problems and report any issues to immediate supervisor.
• You’ll work within a Project Team environment to resolve problems.
• You’ll perform office support work compiling records and data for proposed and completed projects.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Ability to reach and interpret contract documents including plans, specifications and geotechnical reports
• The ability to stand, sit and walk throughout the day; bend, crawl, climb (ladders, stairs, hills, etc.) and reach overhead; ability to lift 40 pounds or more and to comply with personal protective equipment requirements and to endure extreme physical temperatures as well as experience loud noises and fumes on project sites
• 2-4 years of direct electrical construction experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• ESI, Special Inspection Certification (Reinforced Concrete, Soils, etc.) Journeyman Card

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
• You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
• AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
• Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
• Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
• Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
• Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
