Land Development Manager

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.   Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

• You'll collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline the end-to-end development process.
• You'll work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution.
• You'll lead cross-functional coordination during the review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• You'll establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each development project.
• You'll bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges.
• You'll ensure development timelines are met to support the timely construction of critical infrastructure.
• You'll identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• You'll implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets.
• You'll act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
• You'll communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
• Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development
• Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Direct data center development experience
• Experience in working through zoning, land use, and permitting in multiple markets
• Specific knowledge of land use planning and development, including due diligence processes and contracting, A/E design processes, zoning, permitting, utility delivery, and full entitlement

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
• You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
• AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
• Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
• Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
• Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
• Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
