Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture   Key Responsibilities: - 1. Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability

• 2. Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backends
• 3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applications
• 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverables
• 5. Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure efficient data handling
• 6. Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalability
• 7. Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between services
• 8. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering Required Skills:- 1. Proficiency in Python for backend development
• 2. Experience with microservices architecture and design
• 3. Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks
• 4. Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language
• 5. CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• 6. Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
• 7. Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• 8. API development and integration using REST and GraphQL
• 9. Automated testing with PyTest Preferred Skills:- 1. Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and Redux
• 2. Frontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESS
• 3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 4. Knowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuning
• 5. Familiarity with security best practices for microservices and APIs
• 6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack Desired Qualifications:- 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2. Certification in Python development or microservices architecture (such as PCAP, PCEP, or similar)
