Sales Partner

Help us build the Polish market from the ground up

RealAdvisor is launching in Poland — and we're looking for ambitious Sales Partners to help us build this market from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage of our Polish expansion, with a huge amount of room to grow and significant commercial opportunities ahead.

RealAdvisor is one of Europe's leading digital platforms in the real estate ecosystem. Founded in Switzerland, we currently support 5,000+ real estate agencies and reach more than 10 million users every year across Europe.

We are now expanding into Poland and are looking for freelance Sales Partners who know how to turn commercial opportunities into customers.

You don't need previous experience in real estate — we'll train you on the product and the market.

What we do need is a proven track record in sales and, above all, the ability to close deals.

The opportunity

Poland is a newly launched market for RealAdvisor, which means there is a lot to build — and a lot of opportunity for the people joining us early.

You won't be stepping into a mature market with an established sales structure. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our commercial presence in Poland, build relationships with customers, generate business and grow alongside the market.

Our goal is to build a high-performing sales team capable of reaching at least 15 sales per month per Sales Partner.

For top performers, our commission structure offers the potential to earn €20,000+ per month, depending on results. We already have colleagues consistently earning €30,000+ per month.

The principle is simple:

The more you sell, the more you earn.

Your role

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from the first contact all the way through to signing the contract.

We're not looking for people who only specialise in prospecting or only run demos. We're looking for full-cycle sales professionals who can independently manage a sales process from beginning to end.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Outbound prospecting and generating your own opportunities
• Managing inbound leads
• Managing qualified appointments provided by our SDR team
• Qualifying prospects
• Conducting sales demos via video call
• Understanding customer needs
• Presenting the solution and value proposition
• Handling objections
• Negotiating
• Structured follow-ups
• Preparing and managing contracts
• Closing deals
• Managing your entire pipeline in the CRM

In short: from first contact to signed contract.

A high-intensity sales role

We want to be transparent about the pace and expectations of the role.

You should expect approximately 5 demos per day, generally via video calls lasting around 20–40 minutes.

On top of demos, you'll be responsible for prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, pipeline management and all the activities required to turn opportunities into closed deals.

A significant portion of your appointments will be generated by our SDR team, but we also expect our Sales Partners to be capable of creating their own opportunities and taking ownership of the entire sales process.

Requirements

What we offer

• €20,000+ monthly earning potential for high performers
• Colleagues already consistently earning €30,000+ per month
• A highly performance-driven commission structure
• Qualified appointments provided by our SDR team
• The opportunity to generate your own pipeline
• Full training on our product and the real estate industry
• The opportunity to join a newly launched Polish market
• Significant room for growth as the market develops
• The opportunity to help shape our Polish sales operation from an early stage
• Long-term freelance partnership
• Continuous support from an international team
• Opportunities to progress into senior and leadership roles

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in real estate is not required.

What matters is proven sales experience.

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in sales
• Have experience with outbound sales
• Are comfortable conducting sales demos
• Know how to handle objections and negotiate
• Have experience closing contracts
• Know how to manage structured follow-ups
• Are comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Have a strong results-oriented mindset
• Are autonomous, organised and disciplined
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Have experience using CRM systems
• Are native or fluent Polish speakers
• Are comfortable communicating professionally in English

We're not simply looking for a salesperson.

We're looking for a closer.

Someone who knows how to manage a pipeline, handle a high volume of demos, create value, overcome objections and take a deal all the way to signature.

If you've already proven that you can sell and you're looking for an environment where your performance has a direct impact on your earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

If you want to be one of the people helping build RealAdvisor's presence in Poland from the ground up, this is the moment to join.
