Develop a strong understanding of technical architecture, system design, platform dependencies, and enterprise technology solutions.
Ensure alignment with application development standards, security controls, and technology governance requirements.
Support the implementation of scalable architecture patterns and modern engineering practices.
Establish consistent delivery processes, standards, and solutions across global engineering teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, automation, and delivery outcomes.
Maintain accurate project artefacts, delivery documentation, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure defects, remediation activities, and operational fixes are documented and published within central knowledge repositories.
Support DevOps and continuous delivery practices where applicable.
Encourage innovation and drive adoption of new delivery practices, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
