As a Staff Engineer, you'll help shape the technical direction of the platform, lead complex system initiatives, and play a key role in evolving our architecture, engineering practices, and data strategy.

Design, build, and evolve analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data intelligence capabilities that enhance the Achievers platform, architecting high-performance, highly available, and secure solutions that scale to support complex reporting and large-scale analytics workloads across millions of users.

Champion AI-enabled software development practices, leveraging structured knowledge bases, AI-assisted development tools, and Agentic workflows to improve developer productivity, code quality, and system design consistency.

Mentor and guide engineers across varying experience levels, providing technical leadership, promoting engineering best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and helping team members grow through coaching, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback

Work closely with the product manager, designer, and other engineering teams to define requirements, ensure architectural alignment, and translate them into technical solutions. Actively participate in cross-functional planning sessions to align on priorities, dependencies, and long-term platform direction.
