We're currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Calgary studio. Are you a designer with demonstrated creativity, a collaborative spirit, and a thirst for excellence while striving to make a positive difference in the world. Our structural engineers don't just focus on the design of framing elements, they are involved with the entire building, working as part of a collective team to develop building designs that respond to the needs of their occupants and the surrounding community.
How you’ll make a difference:

Act as a design engineer on a variety of building projects of various sizes and complexity.

Follow through all phases of projects from concept design through construction.

Work closely with our integrated team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other partner firms.

Drive high technical quality in the delivery of design, model/drawing development, and through field review during the construction phase.

Work with DIALOG's robust Specifiers to develop construction specifications.

Mentor and nurture less experienced engineers and designers to grow their capabilities.

Build relationships of trust with clients and other outside groups.

Manage projects while working under the supervision of senior engineers, and participate in project planning.
