• Define and own the product concept: target segments, use cases, value proposition, and technical requirements, including insurer and authorized-installer requirements.
• Build and own the business case, driving validation and go-ahead for full development.
• Lead the product from validated concept through to a full product portfolio (product basket).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales throughout the product lifecycle.

What we expect of you:

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B or tech.
• Strong track record of taking a product from concept to market.
• Strong analytical and business-case-building skills.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving a 0-to-1 process independently.
• Interest in automotive, security, or vehicle technology is a plus.
• Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus.

What we offer:

• Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
• Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
• Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.
• Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
• Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.
• Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
• Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
• Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
• We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
• Office snacks.
