Repair and Maintenance Manager

About Acusensus

Acusensus pioneers intelligent road safety enforcement solutions deployed by governments across Australia, the US, the UK, and New Zealand. Our mission is straightforward: changing behaviours, saving lives. We do it through advanced AI and hardware technology, including fixed-location, trailer-based, and vehicle-based enforcement solutions that capture risky driver behaviour. This is a newly created leadership role where you'll oversee an amazing team of Service Leads, along with ensuring our field assets remain reliable, available and operating to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and alignment across teams, implementing processes, and best-practice ways of working that drive service excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Service Leads.
• Drive asset reliability and service performance across Australia.
• Implement and improve SOP's, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate installations of new fixed enforcement sites.

• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, resources, and spare parts.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build capability within the team through mentoring, coaching, and development.

About You:

You're a technically strong leader who understands field service operations and knows how to bring people, processes, and performance together.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a track record of driving improvements while keeping customers and teams at the centre of your decision-making.

You'll Bring:

• Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Strong hands-on background in maintenance, field service, technical operations, automotive, transport, fleet, or mechanical environments.
• Experience implementing operational processes, SOPs, and performance measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
