Brand Designer

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.

We’re getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It’s working — we’re The Wirecutter’s favorite cellular carrier, and Consumer Reports has named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.*

And we’re building innovative systems that scale. A network agnostic tech stack. Agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This work isn’t for everyone. If you work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively — without compromising standards — we want to hear from you.

We’re rebuilding our brand from the ground up. A new identity, bold campaigns, and a world-class digital experience that will support our expansion into new markets and help make US Mobile a household name.

The role

We’re building the creative studio at US Mobile, bringing together designers, filmmakers, photographers and producers to create exceptional work under one roof.

You’ll work across campaigns, web, product marketing, motion, launches and everything in between. You’ll help define how US Mobile looks, feels and communicates at every touchpoint.

We care deeply about craft. We obsess over typography, motion, photography, systems and the smallest details.

How we think about design

Our product is built by leaders, engineers and a product team who care deeply about the details, and our brand should reflect that same mindset.

Our brand is technical and obsessive, our customers don’t need to understand the engineering behind US Mobile but they should never doubt that we do, inside and out.

The best brands feel human and our work should remind people there’s a team of real people behind it that cares deeply about our customers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional taste. You’re constantly looking beyond the obvious, developing a point of view that’s informed by culture, craft and curiosity, and you can explain the thinking behind it.
• Raises the standard of the work through honest, constructive feedback. You’re politely hardcore, pushing for better while bringing people with you.
• Has superb visual craft and attention to detail.
• Sweats typography, layout, composition and motion.
• Is excited by the idea of helping build a brand people rely on.
• Wants to build something ambitious alongside a small, highly driven team.

Benefits and Perks:

• Competitive Salary
• Gym reimbursement
• Commute reimbursement
• Flexible working hours
• Professional development stipend
• Flexible time off
• Cell phone service (up to $100/mo) If you’re excited by the idea of building work you’re genuinely proud of, alongside people who care just as much as you do, we’d love to hear from you.
