Business Development Manager

At SiteMinder, we believe our success comes from our people. We build diverse, inclusive teams where different voices, backgrounds and perspectives are valued. Our differences drive innovation for our customers, and our people bring the ideas, expertise and energy that help us keep moving forward. We’re better together.

What we do...

Right now, somewhere in the world, a hotel is taking a booking or increasing their revenue through technology you could help build. SiteMinder is the world’s leading hotel commerce platform. For more than 20 years, we’ve helped hotels attract guests, maximise revenue, forecast demand and perform at their best. Today, our platform supports 56,000+ hotels in 150+ countries, connects to 3,000+ partners and powers more than 140m reservations and AU$85 billion+ in hotel revenue each year.

That’s the kind of impact your work can have here. You’ll solve meaningful challenges with AI, simplify complexity and build solutions that help hotels perform. Supported by clear purpose, a strong platform and teams who care about what they’re building, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of an industry that never stands still.

As a Business Development Manager you will be a key driver of new business growth across the DACH region, engaging and advising customers across various segments from small independent hotels and boutique properties to large hotel groups and travel tech partners. You will be joining and representing the leading AI technology platform redefining guest acquisition and hotel revenue management. You will be relied on not just to close new business but to strategically influence pipeline growth, long-term partnerships and commercial excellence.

We won't throw you into the deep end - you'll be trained on our products, industry and sales processes. We have a month-long sales training and onboarding program to make sure you are set up for success. You will be supported by a dedicated sales coach and a buddy, as well as your team leader, who will coach, guide and motivate you to achieve your professional goals.

We know that an attractive compensation package is a key motivator in sales. SiteMinder offers you not only this, but also a working environment that represents ambition, collaboration, self-development and customer-centricity. If you identify with our core values (We Hustle, We Come Together, We Grow, We Make Things Simple) and you are a sales hunter at heart and able to work at a fast pace, we want to hear from you!
