• Participate in solution reviews, ensuring that all proposed solutions align with architecture principles, security, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate clearly by producing and sharing artifacts, decision logs, architecture overviews, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and alignment across teams.
• Foster a culture of architectural excellence and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Who we are looking for someone with

• Being able to lead cross-functional teams and architect communities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across technology, product, and compliance domains.
• Experience operationalizing architecture governance, presenting to boards/steering groups, and ensuring alignment with architecture principles, security, and compliance requirements.
• Agile mindset and results orientation, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering on strategic technology roadmaps.
• Ability and motivation to take on the Customer Architect role for large strategic customers over time, supporting deep-dive sales processes and ensuring quality in project deliveries.
