Enterprise Sales Director

At Semperis, our mission is to be a Force for Good. Starting with being a great place to work. We believe that when people feel valued, supported, and empowered, they do their best work. That’s why we focus on creating an employee experience rooted in purpose, growth, and balance. Semperis has been recognized as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies by the Inc. 5000, a DUNS 100 Top Startup to Work For, and a multi-year Inc. Best Workplace awardee.

Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and help more enterprise organizations strengthen cyber resilience through identity-first security.

As Enterprise Sales Director, you will own the market and take full responsibility for building Semperis’ presence across the territory. This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who thrives on opening strategic conversations, building senior relationships, and converting complex opportunities into wins.

You will own net-new business and expansion opportunities across large enterprise accounts, create pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement, and work closely with channel and alliance partners to extend Semperis’ reach and impact throughout the territory.

Trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises and government agencies, Semperis brings deep expertise in protecting and recovering hybrid identity environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta. As organizations navigate the AI era and increasingly complex identity risks, this is an exciting opportunity to lead with a distinctive platform in one of the most relevant and fast-moving areas of enterprise cybersecurity.

What you will do

• Own and execute Semperis’ large enterprise sales strategy across the region

• Build, progress, and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships across large enterprise accounts, including C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk

• Create pipeline through direct prospecting, executive engagement, partner development, and market-making activities

• Drive account strategy across both new-logo and expansion opportunities

• Build strong relationships with customers and partners while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

• Partner closely with channel and alliance teams to increase reach, influence, and coverage across territory

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing to move opportunities forward

• Run strong discovery that connects customer challenges and business risks to Semperis solutions

• Apply a structured sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, to qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and forecast accuracy

• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM hygiene

• Represent Semperis at relevant industry events, customer forums, and executive engagements

What great looks like

• Consistent creation of qualified large enterprise pipeline

• Strong control of complex sales cycles from first conversation through close

• A clear market-ownership mindset, with the initiative to build relationships, awareness, and opportunity in a territory with sole ESD coverage

• Disciplined use of MEDDPICC to drive qualification, deal progression, and executive alignment

• Success going through a CHALLENGER sale

• High activity, strong deal hygiene, and disciplined follow-through

• The ability to establish Semperis as a trusted identity security and cyber resilience partner in the enterprise market

• Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and autonomy while collaborating effectively across the wider business

What you will bring

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent technology solutions

• Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes

• Experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, identity security, or adjacent cyber categories is a strong plus

• Track record of winning complex enterprise deals, exceeding growth targets, and delivering consistent quota attainment over multiple years

• Experience engaging C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk

• Strong prospecting, market development, and territory-planning capability

• Ability to build and execute account-based and territory-based strategies

• Technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business stakeholders

• Ability to articulate business value and justify enterprise investment, not just product capability

• Experience working within a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC experience is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to work closely with channel and strategic partners

• High degree of ownership and self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth or scale-up environment

• Clear, credible, and outcome-oriented communication style with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Based in Tennessee, with the ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners across the territory
