- Support Product and Operation teams in managing project-related activities, particularly those involving rate card and rate code mapping between ISP and IT teams.
- Assist the Media Sales team in supporting event activities and other operational needs, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative activities to ensure relevant information, requests, and follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
- Prepare and maintain meeting documentation, including taking minutes during the weekly Media Business team meeting and summarizing key discussions.
- Record and organize action items and follow-ups from meetings to support effective team coordination and project progress.
