Join a Global Talent Acquisition Team

At Volga Partners, we don't simply fill positions—we build teams powering AI, technology, consulting, and data-driven organizations around the world.

Our Talent Acquisition team supports hiring across 115+ countries, partnering with fast-growing startups, Fortune 500 companies, and rapidly scaling organizations. Every search presents a new challenge, whether hiring software engineers in Europe, finance professionals in North America, or multilingual AI specialists across Asia.

This is a sourcing-first role. If you enjoy uncovering exceptional talent, solving difficult hiring challenges, and partnering with recruiters to build high-performing teams, you'll thrive at Volga Partners.

About Volga Partners

Volga Partners is a global consulting and workforce solutions company supporting AI, technology, data annotation, consulting, and professional services clients worldwide.

With operational teams in both the United States and Pakistan, we support recruiting initiatives and workforce solutions spanning more than 115 countries.

As our business continues to grow globally, we're expanding our Talent Acquisition team with recruiters who enjoy finding exceptional talent in competitive markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Sourcer who enjoys the challenge of finding exceptional candidates others can't.

This role goes far beyond reviewing resumes.

You'll research new markets, build sourcing strategies, conduct candidate interviews, evaluate talent, and present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.

One day you may be sourcing AI Researchers in Germany.

The next, Finance SMEs in the United States.

Then multilingual specialists in Southeast Asia.

Every week looks different.

If you enjoy solving recruiting puzzles, you'll thrive here.

You should have:

• Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.

• Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets.

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
