Product Manager

Tonkean is the world’s first totally customizable process experience platform. With Tonkean, you can create intelligent, personalized automations that integrate with every app or system your organization uses. You can cultivate an employee experience that democratizes access to innovative technologies traditionally only available to highly trained developers. You can enable employees to focus more fully on high-value tasks, because you can enable them to automate low-value tasks. You can create inbox solutions that automatically analyze, prioritize, and route unstructured requests coming from any source, and you can track the status of action items as employees collaborate across teams to complete them. And you can design processes that employees are guaranteed to adopt and benefit from no matter their technical acumen, because Tonkean meets employees where they are—eliminating the need for change management—and is 100% no-code.

At Tonkean, we believe that all this—compliance, efficiency, operational excellence—requires high levels of process adoption. But to ensure high levels of process adoption, you need to create processes that provide a great employee experience: that serve employees’ needs, understand their preferences, and solve their problems. To that end, you need a barrier-breaking technology partner. That’s what Tonkean seeks to be.

We are looking for a senior Product Manager with a strong consumer-product mindset to join our Israel team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products people genuinely want to use, not just products organizations buy. Tonkean operates in a B2B2C environment: our customers are enterprises, but our users are employees across legal, procurement, finance, HR, operations, and other business teams.

Success in this role requires understanding both sides: the business needs of our customers and the day-to-day experience of the end users who adopt and rely on our product.

In this role, you will own key product initiatives, work closely with customers, users, designers, and a global engineering team, and help shape product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and drive real adoption. We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, excellent UX judgment, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and customer/user research through product vision, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of both enterprise customer needs and end-user behavior in order to build products that create business value and are easy and enjoyable to use.
• Partner closely with customers, users, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful, consumer-grade product experiences.
• Translate user insights, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements and product decisions.
• Lead product initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, usability, and overall product experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver products that create value for users and the business.
• Create clear product documentation, requirements, and enablement resources to align teams and support product adoption.
• Act as a product leader by driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• A deep passion for user behavior, product adoption, and consumer-grade product experiences.
• A strong user-centric mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences.
• Experience building products where user experience, usability, and adoption were key drivers of success.
• Experience building B2B products with a strong end-user experience component, B2B2C products, marketplace products, or consumer products.
• Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers and understanding how to balance customer needs with end-user needs.
• Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to speak with customers and users, identify patterns, and translate insights into product direction.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on outstanding products.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role.
• Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.

OUR VALUES

• There Is Always A Way.  At Tonkean, we believe that nothing is impossible.  There is a solution to every problem - you just need to find it.
• Think People First.  We believe in investing in, empowering, and prioritizing people. We work as a team and win as a team. We listen with purpose as we speak with courage. We believe in diversity.  We always ask ourselves: Is this giving value to our customers? Is this improving our team? Is this helping me be better?
• Start With Why And Fail Fast. We believe that progress is the only way forward; that action is always better than no action; that innovation requires bravery.  We believe that every worthwhile “how” starts with an important “why.” If you know the “why”, and you can learn from it, It’s never a failure. It is the operational cost of progress.
• No BS.  To matter, you must - stay focused, keep it simple and always move the needle.  We don’t have time for BS. We don’t waste energy; we prioritize efficiency; we stay focused; and we always try to optimize for what’s important.
