General Interest

Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.

We’re actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We’re looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.

Working at Stitch

We're the kind of team that shows up to every client conversation with a point of view. We don't wait to be told what to think, what to build, or where to push.

We're flexible, we're collaborative, and we genuinely love what we do. But make no mistake: we have high standards. We push our clients and ourselves to think bigger, go deeper, and never settle for "good enough" when "exceptional" is within reach.

Our "methodology"? Be experts at our craft, flex to our clients' needs, and always deliver something that actually moves the needle.

Sound like your people? Submit a General Interest Application, and we'll reach out when a role that fits your skills and ambitions opens up. (And they do open up, we're growing constantly.) We also encourage you to check back frequently on our careers page and apply for future openings.

Roles We Typically Hire For:

Sales & Client Partnership

• Solution Leads — These Stitchers focus on landing new accounts. They understand what a brand is trying to accomplish with their marketing technology and make sharp, informed recommendations on how Stitch can help.

• Solution Consultants — Technical experts who work alongside Solution Leads and Client Partners to architect the right approach before the engagement even begins.

• Client Partners — Responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening relationships within a portfolio of accounts. They're trusted advisors who ensure our clients are always getting the most out of their partnership with Stitch.

Delivery Excellence

• Technical Architects — They architect and implement end-to-end integrations between Braze and the systems around it — CDPs, CRMs, data warehouses, middleware, and custom APIs. Client teams rely on them for architectural guidance, data flow design, and solving the hardest integration challenges.

• Solution Architects — Platform experts who lead the design of sophisticated Braze solutions from requirements through build and handoff. They push the boundaries of what's possible in Braze, think advanced Canvas orchestrations, Connected Content, Liquid logic, segmentation architecture, while also serving as trusted advisors clients call when they need strategic answers, not just execution.

• Marketing Project Managers — Our clients' go-to for all things campaign and project-related. They're the primary day-to-day contact during an engagement, keeping work moving, teams aligned, and clients consistently informed.

• Technical Producers — Stitch's multi-channel production experts. They lead technical execution of complex campaigns — owning advanced Liquid development, dynamic email builds, and front-end development. They push the boundaries of what Braze can do while leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and deliver client-ready work.

• Marketing Strategists — Stitch's strategic advisors to enterprise marketing and technology leaders. They lead lifecycle marketing strategy for our clients — turning data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact. They design customer journeys, build multi-year martech roadmaps, and serve as trusted partners at the VP and C-suite level.

And beyond all of the above? We also hire across Finance, Talent, Marketing, and Operations. And honestly, some of the best roles at Stitch are ones we haven't invented yet. So even if you don't see your perfect fit, we still want to hear from you.

Our Common Threads

Our success is woven from the fabric of our shared values, which we proudly call our Common Threads. These aren't just words on a wall — they're how we show up every day for our team, our partners, and our clients.

• Form Lasting Bonds. We're a people business. We consistently show up for our team, our partners, and our clients in ways that build trust and champion others.
• Don't Settle. We don't accept the way things have always been done. We think bigger, pursue growth, and find motivation in the discomfort that scares most people away.
• Seek Solutions. We aren't order takers. We're solution designers. We solve problems, move fast, deliver excellence, and drive results. We always have a point of view.
• Take the Lead. We forge our own path without waiting for permission. We push boundaries, lead our team and clients, and find the answer when one doesn't exist yet.
