Lengow is a leader in intelligent e-commerce solutions that help brands and retailers drive profitable growth across the digital shelf. With powerful feed management, global price monitoring, and robust data capabilities, Lengow’s comprehensive SaaS product suite enables merchants to amplify product visibility online, outrun competition with informed pricing, multiply sales on marketplaces, and monitor brand presence among distributors. Since 2009, Lengow has fueled digital growth for over 3,600 customers across thousands of marketing and sales channels in over 60 countries.
About the role:
As IT Manager, you will be responsible for Lengow’s internal IT environment, supporting 150 employees across Nantes, Paris and Barcelona.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work in a two-person IT team: you and an IT apprentice (Systems & Networks Technician).
This is a hands-on role: you will manage day-to-day IT operations and user support, while also working on IT projects, migrations and improvements. You will work autonomously across a broad IT scope, support the apprentice and coordinate external IT providers when needed.
You will also have the opportunity to improve our tools, infrastructure and processes, and contribute to the IT roadmap with the CTO.
Your main responsabilities:
🛠️ IT operations and user support
- Ensure the continuity and quality of internal IT services.
- Manage and prioritise support requests and operational incidents.
- Support employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
- Coordinate escalations with software, hardware and service providers.
- Define and monitor service levels, recurring incidents and operational priorities.
- Support and guide the IT apprentice in daily operations.
🔑 Identity, endpoint and asset management
- Administer Google Workspace, Active Directory and the main corporate SaaS applications.
