B2C Sales Intern

Learn how to sell a new way of living, and help thousands of people move to a new city.

Every month, people from all over the world choose Ukio to start a new chapter in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon or Paris. As a B2C Sales Intern, you'll be one of the first people they talk to. You'll help turn their first enquiry into a booked home, and you'll learn the full sales cycle at a fast-growing, VC-backed startup.

About Ukio |

Ukio offers fully furnished, beautifully designed apartments for stays from one month. There are no long-term contracts, no deposits, no broker fees and no furniture to buy. Our mission is simple: let people live where they want, when they want.

We were founded in Barcelona and now have offices in Madrid, Lisbon and Paris. We've raised a €27M Series A from some of Europe's top VC firms, LinkedIn ranks us among the top 10 startups in Spain, and we're just getting started on our expansion across Europe.

Why this internship |

This isn't an internship where you watch from the sidelines. You'll join our Sales team in Barcelona and work on real leads, real clients and real bookings from your first weeks. You'll see how your work affects occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction. And you'll learn from a team that closes deals every day across several international markets.

What you'll do |

• Work leads from first contact to booking: answer enquiries, understand what each client needs and suggest the right apartment
• Negotiate and close: join negotiations and follow-ups, and gradually take ownership of your own leads
• Look after our guests: give clients personalised support before and during their booking, for new and existing reservations
• Handle the deal paperwork: help prepare rental agreements and keep our pipeline and CRM up to date
• Work with the wider team: support the Demand team and work alongside Operations and Customer Experience

What you'll learn |

• How a B2C sales cycle works from start to finish, from the first lead to the signed contract
• Negotiation and communication skills with international clients
• How a scaling proptech startup uses data, tools and processes to grow
