Workplace Operations & Experience: Lead the daily workplace experience, ensuring office spaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, and shared amenities are consistently clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for use. Create a hospitality-forward environment that supports employees, guests, senior leaders, and business partners.
Vendor, Contract & Financial Management: Manage workplace vendors, contractors, service contracts, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and spend tracking. Define performance expectations, review service quality and scope compliance, resolve recurring issues, support sourcing and contract decisions, and identify opportunities to improve value, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Partnership: Develop the workplace services team while building trusted relationships with senior leaders, employees, Facilities, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Procurement, EHS, building partners, and external providers. Communicate proactively regarding space plans, operational changes, service updates, events, workplace standards, and issue resolution.
Projects, Moves & Change Management: Lead or support workplace projects, including reconfigurations, renovations, furniture installations, relocations, department moves, growth or consolidation initiatives, and workplace technology changes. Develop schedules, responsibilities, communications, and transition plans that minimize disruption and support employee adoption.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Develop and maintain workplace standards, procedures, playbooks, service metrics, and reporting. Use workplace utilization, ticketing, budget, and employee feedback data to assess performance, identify trends, support recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.
