Nurture Their First Milestones. Build Your Career.
At Magical Beginnings, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging start to their educational journey. With Care, We Care®—and that belief is at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted leader in early childhood education across Massachusetts, our award-winning childcare and preschool centers provide exceptional care and learning experiences where children thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
We're seeking compassionate, experienced, and EEC Certified Infant Teachers to join our team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love supporting infants during their most important developmental milestones, we'd love to meet you.
As an Infant Teacher, you'll create meaningful connections with children and families while providing a warm, responsive environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging infant classroom that promotes healthy development and secure attachments.
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and sensory learning experiences aligned with Massachusetts Early Learning Guidelines.
- Foster each infant's cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development through responsive caregiving and play-based learning.
- Build trusting relationships with families by providing daily communication regarding routines, milestones, and developmental progress.
- Follow individualized feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care schedules while maintaining each child's comfort and well-being.
- Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones and individual learning goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom while following all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure active supervision and maintain required teacher-to-child ratios at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to create a positive, supportive team environment.
- Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
