About Us
We're an established retention marketing agency specializing in email, SMS, and push for DTC ecommerce brands. We have nearly a decade in business and have partnered with hundreds of brands across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. We help ambitious brands get more revenue from the customers they already have, and our reputation brings a steady flow of qualified leads to our door.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery and proposal calls with inbound and referral leads, using our proven sales framework and scripts.
- Respond to new leads within 15 minutes so prospects show up excited and ready to talk, with a target of 75%+ attendance.
- Own the full follow-up process in HubSpot, so every deal moves forward with a clear, dated next step.
- Grow existing accounts by offering seasonal upgrade packages to clients who already trust us.
- Work with leadership on deal scoping and pricing within clear pricing tiers.
- Share insights with marketing on lead quality so the pipeline keeps getting stronger.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience closing B2B deals. Agency services or ecommerce SaaS experience is a big plus.
- A consultative selling style, backed by a methodology such as SPIN, Sandler, or similar.
- Exceptional spoken English. You're confident, clear, and credible with founders and senior marketers.
- Based in South Africa or a similar timezone, with working hours that overlap UK, US, and AU clients.
- Disciplined CRM habits. You keep HubSpot accurate in real time because you know clean data closes deals.
- A coachable, growth-oriented mindset. You love feedback and apply it on your very next call.
Benefits
- Warm leads only. Every conversation is with someone who came to us through inbound or referrals.
- You won't start from scratch. You'll have a documented sales playbook, proven scripts, and a full library of recorded calls to learn from on day one.
- Direct access to leadership. You'll report directly to the CEO and get real coaching, real feedback, and real visibility.
- Global, senior-level conversations. You'll speak daily with founders and marketing leaders across four markets.
- Real impact. Your feedback on lead quality and deal scoping will help shape how we sell and grow.
- Fully remote. You can work from anywhere in a timezone that overlaps with our UK, US, and AU clients.
