Occupational Therapist

About us:

At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

Our occupational therapy team benefits from 1:1 mentorship, including report review and optional drop-in office hours, as well as a comprehensive onboarding program designed for both new graduates and clinicians new to private practice. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in weekly OT team meetings, where we unpack complex cases, share new interventions, and learn from guest speakers. Our monthly Lunch & Learns, curated by our in-house Director of Education and Learning, cover topics such as neuroplasticity and functional recovery, motivational interviewing in rehab, and advances in concussion management. Each year, we also gather for a staff retreat—part healthcare TED Talk, part lakeside recharge. Plus, through our sister company, AMP Healthcare, you’ll have access to discounted or free continuing education courses to keep your practice evolving.
